Mars class have been busy with art these last few weeks at school. We have been learning all about watercolour and how to use colour palette’s  and contrasting colours effectively. First we looked at close-up drawing of farm animals. Children then painted their animal heads with contrasting colours to make their master pieces as bright as possible! Then we looked at the artist Georgia O’Keefe. Children drew close up of flowers and painted them with either warm or cool palettes. Check out our finished pieces! Well done Mars Class!
