What a fantastic Friday we had for our World Book Day! Everyone in Jupiter looked amazing in their costumes and there were some brilliant costumes from Tin Tin to Cinderella in Rags! We had a busy morning researching Carol Hart ready for our author visit on Monday and then reading one of her books ‘Knock Knock Pirate’. Once we had read this book, we made designed our own pirates based on the characters in the book and labelled our pirates with adjectives, adverbs and similes. In the afternoon we tea-stained a grid ready for our map making on Monday and then completed a book review and fact file based on Carol Hart.
