Dear Parent / Carer,

Multi Skills Competition: Tuesday 10th February 2026          

Congratulations, your child has been chosen to represent the school on Tuesday 10th February 2026 to take part in the Multi Skills Competition held at West View Leisure Centre between 10.45am & 12noon.

Children will be wearing their PE kits, so please ensure that this is in school. Children are asked to bring suitable trainers or pumps to be worn indoors.

Please complete the form attached if you consent or don't consent for your child to take part.
