Spring 1 Wellbeing Club
Well-Being Club Update
This term in well-being, we focused on understanding ourselves and recognising our emotions. We explored how different feelings show up in our bodies and practised simple strategies to help us feel calm and in control.
To celebrate everything we had learned, we made real positivity pizzas! The children carefully chose their toppings and then designed their own pizza boxes. Some created their box for themselves as a reminder of their strengths and what helps them feel happy and calm. Others chose to design their box for someone they love, filling it with kind messages and positive affirmations.
The children showed such thoughtfulness and creativity. It was a brilliant way to combine emotional learning with something fun (and very tasty!).
