Well-being Club Update – This Week's Activities

This week in Well-being Club, the children engaged in a reflective activity by writing a "Letter to Future Me." This thoughtful exercise encouraged them to think about their goals, dreams, and what they hope to achieve as they grow. It was a lovely way for them to connect with their future selves and set positive intentions.

Following this, the group had an open discussion about things that can make them feel sad. A common theme that emerged was bullying, which many children identified as something that would deeply affect their happiness and confidence.

In response, the children decided to take action by creating anti-bullying posters to display around the school. These posters carry powerful messages promoting kindness, inclusion, and standing up for one another, helping to spread awareness and foster a safe, supportive school environment.

We're proud of the children's honesty, empathy, and creativity in tackling such an important topic!
